Getting the documents right
There is no shortage of suppliers quoting vape coil. The scarce thing is a supplier who will tell you which SKU to drop. We have been shipping vape coils long enough to know that the honest answer is usually a shorter list, and that is the answer we give.
Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.

Lead times, freight and landed cost

We publish a realistic band of 0.61 to 2.55 per unit for standard configurations at 120 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.
