Vape Coil sticker notes guide
This page is for first-time buyers who want a working answer on specification, price and lead time before they commit a purchase order. We have written the detail down so nobody has to sit through a sales call to extract it.

Transit, consolidation and timing
Buyers come to us for vape coil after a bad quarter: dead stock on one side, empty shelves on the other. The cause is usually the same, an assortment built from a catalogue instead of from sell-through data. This page explains how we rebuild that balance for first-time buyers.
We can consolidate mixed orders of vape coils into one shipment. Consolidation saves freight but adds handling days, so we quote both a consolidated and a split option and let you choose.
For repeat buyers we hold a shipping schedule rather than shipping on request. A fixed weekly cut-off means your reorder lands before the shelf empties instead of after.
Where the margin really sits
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.
A landed cost sheet for vape coil has five lines: unit price, packaging, freight, duty and the cost of defects. Quoting only the first line is how buyers end up surprised at the fourth.
Sell-through notes for the shop floor
Bundle a device with a consumable and the reorder rhythm changes from occasional to weekly. That single merchandising decision often does more for monthly revenue than a price promotion.
Shelf position decides velocity as much as price. Keep vape coils at eye level, one facing per SKU, and rotate the trial line every quarter so the display keeps earning attention.
- Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit
- Artwork proof plus physical dummy for custom packaging
- Document pack prepared per destination market
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
- Standing reorder schedule with a fixed cut-off
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
What a sensible opening order looks like
The first question we ask is not what you want to spend. It is what your customer already buys. Answer that and the vape coil list writes itself; skip it and you end up with a pallet of stock that photographs well and sells badly.
Colour range is where assortments quietly die. Six finishes look impressive in a brochure and disastrous on a shelf with 40 cm of space. We recommend two finishes per core SKU and let the trial line carry the novelty.

Frequently asked
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
