Vape Coil sample testing protocol for the EU market
This page is for first-time buyers who want a working answer on specification, price and lead time before they commit a purchase order. We have written the detail down so nobody has to sit through a sales call to extract it.

Keeping the second shipment identical
Buyers come to us for vape coil after a bad quarter: dead stock on one side, empty shelves on the other. The cause is usually the same, an assortment built from a catalogue instead of from sell-through data. This page explains how we rebuild that balance for first-time buyers.
Every account gets a named contact who has actually seen the product. Being passed between three people to answer one question about a coil resistance is the fastest way to lose a buyer, so we do not organise support that way.
Technical questions usually arrive at the worst possible moment, which is why we answer them on WhatsApp as well as email. A photo and a two line message resolves most issues faster than a ticket.
Price breaks and payment terms
We publish a realistic band of 0.61 to 2.42 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Unit price breaks usually land at 50, 200 and 400 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
Turning shelf space into repeat visits
Seasonality in vape coils is real but smaller than most buyers assume. The bigger swing comes from restocking discipline, not from calendar events.
Bundle a device with a consumable and the reorder rhythm changes from occasional to weekly. That single merchandising decision often does more for monthly revenue than a price promotion.
- Reference sample retained from every batch
- Document pack prepared per destination market
- Cartons drop-tested and pallet-counted for clean freight
- Batch codes traceable from carton back to production date
- Artwork proof plus physical dummy for custom packaging
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
Transit, consolidation and timing
Freight on vape coils is driven by volume more than weight. Cartons are designed to hit a clean pallet count, which is why a slightly denser pack can cut your landed cost by more than a discount on the unit price ever would.
Transit times move with the season. Book space early for Q4 and around Chinese New Year, when factory output pauses for two to three weeks and freight rates tighten at the same time.
Specification summary

| Wicking | Cotton bacon |
| Fitment | Magnetic |
| Pack size | 3 per pack |
| Compatibility | Brand-specific |
| Minimum order | 300 units per SKU, mixed cartons allowed |

We would rather lose an order at quotation stage than explain a mismatch after delivery, which is why the specification conversation comes before the price conversation.
Frequently asked
How long does production take?
Around 18 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
