Vape Coil expedite: with QC photos
Buyers come to us for vape coil after a bad quarter: dead stock on one side, empty shelves on the other. The cause is usually the same, an assortment built from a catalogue instead of from sell-through data. This page explains how we rebuild that balance for first-time buyers.

Sell-through notes for the shop floor
Vape Coil sits in a crowded price band, and the cheapest quote on the sheet is rarely the cheapest unit on your shelf. Everything below is built around reorder rate, defect rate and cash conversion rather than headline unit price.
Bundle a device with a consumable and the reorder rhythm changes from occasional to weekly. That single merchandising decision often does more for monthly revenue than a price promotion.
Counter space is finite. Three well-chosen SKUs outsell nine crowded ones, and the empty space signals a curated range rather than a clearance table.
Price breaks and payment terms
Currency moves more than most buyers expect over a twelve month supply plan. We quote in USD and hold the price for 30 days from confirmation so your margin calculation is not guesswork.
We publish a realistic band of 0.62 to 2.36 per unit for standard configurations at 500 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
What a sensible opening order looks like
We keep a short list of approved configurations for vape coils. Anything outside that list is possible, but it becomes a custom run with a custom lead time, and we quote it as such rather than pretending everything is standard.
Factory capacity matters more than factory size. A line that can hold a tolerance across 5,000 units is worth more than a showroom that can produce 50,000 on paper. We qualify capacity by running a repeat order and measuring the drift.
- Named account contact who has handled the product
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
- Artwork proof plus physical dummy for custom packaging
- Cartons drop-tested and pallet-counted for clean freight
- Consolidated or split shipping, quoted both ways
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
Paperwork, labelling and market rules
Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.
If you sell into a market that requires child-resistant packaging, say so at quotation stage. Retrofitting a CR closure onto a finished bottle design usually means a new mould and a four week delay.
Specification summary
| Resistance | 0.15 ohm |
| Build | Single wire |
| Wicking | Cotton bacon |
| Fitment | Press-fit |
| Pack size | 5 per pack |
| Compatibility | Brand-specific |
| Minimum order | 200 units per SKU, mixed cartons allowed |
| Lead time | 22 working days after artwork approval |
None of this is complicated. It is just written down, which is more than most buyers get before they wire a deposit.
Frequently asked
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 500 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
How long does production take?
Around 18 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
