Vape Coil coil compatibility for first-time orders
Buyers come to us for vape coil after a bad quarter: dead stock on one side, empty shelves on the other. The cause is usually the same, an assortment built from a catalogue instead of from sell-through data. This page explains how we rebuild that balance for first-time buyers.

How we structure a first order
Vape Coil is a specification decision before it is a price decision. Get the resistance, the capacity and the packaging right and the price conversation becomes short. Get them wrong and no discount will rescue the order.
The first question we ask is not what you want to spend. It is what your customer already buys. Answer that and the vape coil list writes itself; skip it and you end up with a pallet of stock that photographs well and sells badly.
Factory capacity matters more than factory size. A line that can hold a tolerance across 5,000 units is worth more than a showroom that can produce 50,000 on paper. We qualify capacity by running a repeat order and measuring the drift.
Getting the documents right
Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.
If you sell into a market that requires child-resistant packaging, say so at quotation stage. Retrofitting a CR closure onto a finished bottle design usually means a new mould and a four week delay.
Where the margin really sits
A landed cost sheet for vape coil has five lines: unit price, packaging, freight, duty and the cost of defects. Quoting only the first line is how buyers end up surprised at the fourth.
The cheapest way to lower your cost per unit is usually to remove a SKU, not to negotiate a discount. Fewer lines means larger runs, fewer changeovers and a better price at the same quality.
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
- Reference sample retained from every batch
- Batch codes traceable from carton back to production date
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
- Named account contact who has handled the product
- Document pack prepared per destination market
Lead times, freight and landed cost
We can consolidate mixed orders of vape coils into one shipment. Consolidation saves freight but adds handling days, so we quote both a consolidated and a split option and let you choose.
Documentation travels with the goods: commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate set for your market. We send a scanned copy before dispatch so your broker can clear the file in advance.
Specification summary
| Resistance | 0.20 ohm |
| Build | Single wire |
| Wicking | Cotton bacon |
| Fitment | Press-fit |
| Pack size | 5 per pack |
| Compatibility | Universal deck |
| Minimum order | 50 units per SKU, mixed cartons allowed |

None of this is complicated. It is just written down, which is more than most buyers get before they wire a deposit.
Frequently asked
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 120 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
How long does production take?
Around 18 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
