Sourcing Vape Coil: pack size and pricing guide
Ordering vape coil is not difficult. Ordering vape coil that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. We supply first-time buyers in European and North American markets with core lines that turn over predictably, and we keep the specification list short enough for your team to actually manage.

What we test before a carton is sealed
We work with first-time buyers who order between a few hundred and a few thousand units at a time, and we treat both ends the same way: a written specification, a sample you approve, and a production run that matches the sample.
Every batch is pulled from running production, not from a display shelf. We check draw resistance, airflow balance, charge behaviour, leak performance after a temperature shift, finish quality and carton integrity, and we keep the pull records against the order number.
We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.
The reorder is the real test
Reorders are the real test of a supplier. If the second shipment does not match the first, the relationship is over regardless of price, so we treat the reorder as the actual deliverable.
Returns are handled as data, not as complaints. Every reported failure is logged by mode and by batch, and the pattern is reviewed monthly with the factory.
Reading a quotation properly
We publish a realistic band of 0.55 to 2.41 per unit for standard configurations at 500 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For first-time buyers the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
- Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
- Document pack prepared per destination market
- Batch codes traceable from carton back to production date
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
- Reference sample retained from every batch
Simple habits that lift velocity
Seasonality in vape coils is real but smaller than most buyers assume. The bigger swing comes from restocking discipline, not from calendar events.
Bundle a device with a consumable and the reorder rhythm changes from occasional to weekly. That single merchandising decision often does more for monthly revenue than a price promotion.

Frequently asked
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Split shipments are quoted separately because consolidation and splitting price differently. Tell us the destination list at quotation stage and we will show both options.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 500 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
