Choosing Vape Coil picking 2026
Vape Coil is a specification decision before it is a price decision. Get the resistance, the capacity and the packaging right and the price conversation becomes short. Get them wrong and no discount will rescue the order.

After-sales, replacements and reorders
A vape coil programme only works when three numbers agree: your shelf price, your reorder cycle and your defect tolerance. Change one and the plan moves. We build assortments around those three and we say so up front rather than after the invoice.
Every account gets a named contact who has actually seen the product. Being passed between three people to answer one question about a coil resistance is the fastest way to lose a buyer, so we do not organise support that way.
For private label accounts we hold the artwork files and the approval record. Rebranding a line eighteen months later is then a file update instead of a redesign.
What a sensible opening order looks like
Colour range is where assortments quietly die. Six finishes look impressive in a brochure and disastrous on a shelf with 40 cm of space. We recommend two finishes per core SKU and let the trial line carry the novelty.
The first question we ask is not what you want to spend. It is what your customer already buys. Answer that and the vape coil list writes itself; skip it and you end up with a pallet of stock that photographs well and sells badly.
Paperwork, labelling and market rules
Regulation for vape coils differs by country and sometimes by state. We do not pretend to be your lawyer, but we do keep the document pack current and we will tell you when a configuration cannot legally enter a market you have named.
Age verification is not only a website problem. Retail packaging, shelf placement and staff scripting all carry compliance weight, and auditors increasingly ask for evidence of all three.
- Document pack prepared per destination market
- Batch codes traceable from carton back to production date
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
- Artwork proof plus physical dummy for custom packaging
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
- Cartons drop-tested and pallet-counted for clean freight
How orders move from factory to shelf
We can consolidate mixed orders of vape coils into one shipment. Consolidation saves freight but adds handling days, so we quote both a consolidated and a split option and let you choose.
For repeat buyers we hold a shipping schedule rather than shipping on request. A fixed weekly cut-off means your reorder lands before the shelf empties instead of after.
Specification summary
| Resistance | 0.15 ohm |
| Build | Mesh |
| Wicking | Cotton bacon |
| Fitment | Magnetic |
| Pack size | 3 per pack |
| Compatibility | Universal deck |
| Minimum order | 100 units per SKU, mixed cartons allowed |
| Lead time | 25 working days after artwork approval |
None of this is complicated. It is just written down, which is more than most buyers get before they wire a deposit.
Frequently asked
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 120 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
