Choosing Vape Coil forwarder deep dive
Vape Coil is a specification decision before it is a price decision. Get the resistance, the capacity and the packaging right and the price conversation becomes short. Get them wrong and no discount will rescue the order.

What we test before a carton is sealed
This page is for first-time buyers who want a working answer on specification, price and lead time before they commit a purchase order. We have written the detail down so nobody has to sit through a sales call to extract it.
We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.
Battery safety is not a marketing line. Cells are matched by capacity and internal resistance before assembly, charging boards are checked for cut-off voltage, and any unit that fails the cut-off test never reaches packing.
Shipping without surprises
Damage in transit is nearly always a packing decision, not bad luck. Double-walled cartons, internal dividers and a drop-tested configuration cost a little more and save the argument at the other end.
Transit times move with the season. Book space early for Q4 and around Chinese New Year, when factory output pauses for two to three weeks and freight rates tighten at the same time.
Choosing the core line
We keep a short list of approved configurations for vape coils. Anything outside that list is possible, but it becomes a custom run with a custom lead time, and we quote it as such rather than pretending everything is standard.
A practical starting order for first-time buyers is 240 units across two or three SKUs, not 240 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
- Named account contact who has handled the product
- Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
- Artwork proof plus physical dummy for custom packaging
- Standing reorder schedule with a fixed cut-off
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
Where the margin really sits
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For first-time buyers the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
We publish a realistic band of 0.57 to 2.55 per unit for standard configurations at 240 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Specification summary
| Resistance | 0.60 ohm |
| Build | Single wire |
| Wicking | Cotton bacon |
| Fitment | Press-fit |
| Pack size | 5 per pack |
| Compatibility | Brand-specific |
| Minimum order | 50 units per SKU, mixed cartons allowed |
| Lead time | 22 working days after artwork approval |
We would rather lose an order at quotation stage than explain a mismatch after delivery, which is why the specification conversation comes before the price conversation.
Frequently asked
What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate pack for your market: test reports, declaration of conformity and safety data sheets. We send scans before dispatch so your broker can pre-clear the file.
What is the minimum order for vape coil?
Standard configurations start at 240 units per SKU, with mixed SKUs allowed inside the same carton. Custom colours, custom packaging or a private label run usually start at 600 units because of setup time on the line.
How long does production take?
Around 22 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
